We want you to love your PX Mobile experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

🔁 Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is:

- Unused  

- In original packaging  

- In the same condition you received it

To start a return, contact us at support@phonexpress.store with your order number and a brief explanation.  

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- If the item is not eligible, we’ll contact you with next steps.

📦 Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the original one.

We're truly sorry! Please email us with a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right — either through a refund or a replacement.
